Position Overview Are you looking to take the next step or kickstart a rewarding career in property? We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join my clients dynamic team. This is a hybrid role offering excellent flexibility, making it ideal for those seeking either a full-time career or a structured part-time position (3 to 4 days per week) .

Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 6 months of lettings experience. However, if you do not have a property background, we would love to hear from you if you are highly organised, possess previous sales experience, and pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer care. Full training on our industry processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Property Viewings:
Conduct professional property viewings with prospective tenants across Wellingborough, Rushden, Corby, and Kettering . Applicant Management:
Respond to inbound phone and email enquiries, register applicants, and qualify their housing needs. Deal Negotiation:
Handle offers from prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms between landlords and applicants. Canvassing & Growth:
Actively look for new business opportunities and build relationships with local landlords. Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records Requirements & Qualifications Experience Profile:
Ideally 6 months of Lettings experience OR a strong background in sales and customer service . Key

Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage your own daily diary and appointments efficiently. Customer Care: A natural ability to build rapport and deliver top-tier service to both landlords and tenants. Driving Licence: A Full UK Driving Licence is strictly mandatory. Vehicle Access:

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner. Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable working autonomously from home using digital platforms, video calls, and property databases.
