Livit AG recherche un Gérant/e d'immeubles Junior en CDD jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026 pour prendre en charge un portefeuille immobilier, réaliser les états des lieux et superviser les relations avec les locataires, propriétaires et concierges. Vous assurerez l'entretien des immeubles, proposerez des ajustements de loyers et participerez à l'évolution des pratiques de gestion.
