• Experience in development appraisal valuation
• Experience commercial property valuation
• MRICS qualification

You’ll deliver a high standard of residential surveying and valuation services, primarily for private clients, with responsibilities including:

• RICS Home Surveys
  :
  Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 reports
• Private client valuations
  , including:
  • Probate
  • Matrimonial
  • Financial planning
  • Private finance / secured lending
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local agents, solicitors, brokers and private clients
• Managing your own workload efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards

• Lender valuation work
• Shared Ownership
• Help to Buy
  schemes

You’ll ideally have:

• MRICS qualification
  (Chartered Surveyor)
• Registered Valuer (RV) status
• Proven experience completing
  Level 1, 2 and 3 residential surveys
  for private clients
• Strong local knowledge and established contacts within
  West Sussex
  and/or
  Berkshire / Surrey
  residential markets
• A professional, proactive approach with excellent communication and report-writing skills
• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a central support team
• Full, clean UK driving licence
  (essential)

These roles are predominantly home-based
, working closely with our Chandlers Ford Head Office survey co-ordinators. You’ll be fully supported by the central team and Directors, ensuring you have the structure and backing to focus on delivering great work and growing your local market presence.
