Sea Change Sussex seeks a commercially focused Property Director to lead on its property strategy in East Sussex. The role combines hands-on lettings, landlord/tenant matters, and development support, with a board-facing reporting remit and a flexible hybrid work pattern.
You will work closely with the Development Director and New Business Director, oversee property management, planning issues, and MEES compliance, and drive expansion of the portfolio.
