Sie arbeiten eng mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Handwerkern und Behörden zusammen, kontieren und planen Budgets und prüfen Kreditorenrechnungen. Gute IT-Kenntnisse und Führerschein Klasse B sind wünschenswert.
