House Recruiting is seeking an experienced Housing Team Manager to lead a regional property management team across a portfolio spanning Gloucester to Birmingham in the West Midlands.
The role is remote with occasional site visits, is full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm, and offers up to £45,000 basic with mileage allowance of 55p per mile. You will drive performance, compliance and resident satisfaction across multi-site properties.
