Thirteen Group is seeking an Asset Appraisal Lead to steer day-to-day property appraisals, bringing together financial, property and customer data to inform investment or disposal decisions.
You'll produce clear reports with options, risks and recommended paths, while coordinating across asset strategy, investment, housing and finance teams. This roam role supports activity across our operating area, with home working and occasional office presence at Hudson Quay, Middlesbrough.
