A well-established independent Chartered Surveying consultancy is looking for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to support its continued growth across London and the Home Counties.

This is a fully remote opportunity offering a salary of up to £75,000, plus car allowance and an attractive performance-related bonus scheme.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out commercial valuation instructions across London and the Home Counties.
• Producing accurate valuation reports for a range of property types.
• Managing your own workload while working remotely.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team.

Requirements

• MRICS qualified (or equivalent where appropriate).
• Commercial valuation experience preferred.
• Residential or alternative valuation backgrounds will also be considered.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
