We’re looking for an experienced Residential Property Professional to lead the endto end sales process for new homes delivered by Trafford Developments, our Council-owned development company. You’ll manage everything from preparing properties for market and coordinating sales strategies to guiding purchasers through reservation, exchange and completion. Working closely with our development, legal and marketing teams, you’ll ensure a smooth, positive buyer experience and help maximise the impact of our housing programme.
