Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Homes Team and oversee a portfolio of around 548 homes across the Portsmouth patch. This role covers affordable and social housing, requiring strong resident engagement and service delivery.
The successful candidate will drive high standards, manage contractors, and ensure compliance across a mixed-tenure portfolio. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential; this is a remote, home-based role with 2–3 days
