Vivid Resourcing is partnering with a leading client in the retail property sector to appoint an Estates Surveyor specialising in Lease Advisory. You will work on a portfolio of large-format foodstore assets across the UK.
Based in Liverpool or commutable, the role starts with two days on site with flexibility for remote work for the right candidate. MRICS is preferred, and you will negotiate rent reviews and lease structuring while supporting senior stakeholders.
