Worth Recruiting is seeking a Property Manager for a busy residential lettings team in Chelmsford, supporting day-to-day tenancy management with a hybrid pattern of home working and office attendance after probation.
You will handle maintenance enquiries, coordinate repairs, liaise with landlords and tenants, maintain records and ensure compliance and timely issue resolution. The role is permanent, full-time, salary £28,000 per annum, with benefits and career development opportunities.
