• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including trend identification, competitor research, and demographic studies, to support real estate investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for property valuation, feasibility studies, and portfolio performance analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees, clearly articulating findings and strategic recommendations.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition and disposition opportunities, performing due diligence and risk assessments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brokers, appraisers, and legal counsel, to facilitate transactions and ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate market.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or financial consulting with a focus on real estate.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel), database management, and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated experience with various real estate asset classes (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial).
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, market dynamics, and investment strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information concisely.
