About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Commercial Real Estate Specialist to join their fully remote team, serving clients across Polokwane and the wider Limpopo province. This role is crucial for identifying, analyzing, and facilitating transactions for commercial properties, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial sites. You will be instrumental in advising investors and businesses on market opportunities, property acquisitions, and leasing strategies.

• Identify and source commercial property investment and leasing opportunities for clients.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, market analysis, and financial feasibility studies for commercial properties.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial property listings.
• Negotiate lease agreements and purchase contracts on behalf of clients.
• Provide expert advice on commercial real estate trends, zoning regulations, and investment potentials in Limpopo .
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and business owners through virtual communication channels.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in commercial real estate brokerage or investment.
• Proven track record of successfully closing complex commercial property deals.
• Deep understanding of commercial property types, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills, adapted for remote work.
• Proficiency in commercial real estate software and digital collaboration tools.
• A relevant degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable.
