About the Role

Our client is looking for a qualified and diligent Real Estate Appraiser to join their team in Polokwane . This role involves performing accurate and unbiased property valuations for a range of purposes, including mortgage lending, property tax assessments, and investment analysis. You will be responsible for inspecting properties, gathering market data, and producing comprehensive appraisal reports that meet industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of valuation principles and the local real estate market in Limpopo , contributing to informed decision-making for clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct on-site property inspections to assess physical characteristics and conditions.
• Analyze comparable sales data, market trends, and economic factors affecting property values.
• Prepare detailed and well-supported real estate appraisal reports for residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and other regulatory requirements.
• Communicate appraisal findings and conclusions clearly to clients and relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records of appraisals and supporting documentation.

• Valid South African Real Estate Appraiser license or certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property appraisal.
• Strong knowledge of appraisal methodologies and principles.
• Familiarity with the Polokwane and wider Limpopo real estate market.
• Proficiency in appraisal software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
