About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage the administrative aspects of property sales from contract to closing. In this fully remote role, you will be the central point of contact, ensuring all deadlines are met, paperwork is accurately completed, and all parties remain informed throughout the transaction process. You will leverage your organizational skills and understanding of real estate procedures to facilitate smooth and efficient deals, working from the convenience of your own home office.

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from signed contract to closing for agents across different locations.
- Prepare, review, and submit all necessary real estate forms, contracts, and disclosures accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and other third parties to ensure smooth progress.
- Track deadlines, manage contingency periods, and proactively address potential issues to prevent delays.
- Maintain organized digital files and transaction management systems.
- Schedule appointments, inspections, and closing dates as required.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, disclosures, and closing procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with real estate transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, Sky Slope) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage communication remotely.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
