About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Real Estate Valuer to join their team in Klerksdorp . - Prepare comprehensive and accurate property valuation reports for various purposes, including sales, financing, and investment.
- Apply standardized valuation methodologies and maintain high professional standards.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and legal professionals regarding valuation findings.
- Ensure all valuation activities comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements in South Africa .
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Valuer or Appraiser.
- Professional qualification in Property Valuation or a related field (e.g., SACP).
- In-depth knowledge of the Klerksdorp and North West property markets .
- Proficiency in using valuation software and standard office applications.
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for property inspections.
