Role DescriptionThe Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi, guiding clients through property search, viewings, negotiations, and closing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting property tours, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with landlords and tenants, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role also involves tracking market trends, advising clients on pricing and investment opportunities, and supporting marketing activities such as listings, online promotions, and open houses.
This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on‑site property visits, office meetings, and some work‑from‑home flexibility for administrative and client communication tasks.
- Relevant Real Estate License and demonstrated knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including leasing, sales, and property management support
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, client advocacy, and relationship building
- Proficiency with CRM or property management software and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and clients
- Fluency in English;
Arabic language skills are an advantage - Prior experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property visits
