Associate​/Director Valuation

I’m working with a growing UK multi-disciplinary property consultancy that is continuing to strengthen its presence across Scotland.

Following the development of its senior presence in the region, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Valuation Surveyor from Associate through to Director level to help grow its Glasgow operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong valuation and RICS reporting background who also wants genuine responsibility for business development and client relationships.

The Role Deliver RICS-compliant valuation reports across commercial and/or residential assets

Undertake inspections, due diligence and market analysis

Manage lender / panel valuation instructions

Build and develop client relationships

Identify and generate new business

Work alongside senior leadership to grow the Glasgow operation

Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

About YouMRICS / Chartered Surveyor with Registered Valuer status

Strong valuation and report-writing experience

Commercial and/or residential valuation background

Lender panel experience preferred

Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills

Able to operate with full autonomy and take ownership of your workload

Genuine appetite for business development

Full UK driving licence
