Experienced in residential surveying and looking for a flexible opportunity with strong earning potential?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing surveying practice on a consultancy basis, covering the Cromer area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Surveyor looking for flexibility, with the ability to work a minimum of two days per week from home while carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

Carry out Mortgage Valuations across your agreed regional area
Complete Homebuyer / Level 2 Surveys
Undertake a range of residential valuation and survey work
Manage your workload around your agreed working days
Complete accurate and detailed reports
Maintain high professional and customer service standards
Work remotely with flexible working arrangements

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Minimum AssocRICS qualification or higher
Registered Valuer status
Experience carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2 Surveys
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and communication skills
