About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Remote Real Estate Analyst to join their expanding team, supporting operations across the Western Cape , including Stellenbosch . This role involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing property data, and generating insights to inform investment strategies and property development decisions. You will work independently from a remote location, collaborating virtually with a dispersed team of real estate professionals.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis for various real estate sectors across the Western Cape .
• Analyze property data, including sales, rental rates, demographics, and economic indicators, to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and feasibility studies for potential real estate investments and developments.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing timely updates and insights.
• Utilize advanced data analysis tools and software to extract and interpret complex datasets related to the Stellenbosch property market .

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate analysis , market research, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and financial modeling.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote work environment .
