Lettings Negotiator WA14 | Covering the North West | Work from Home | Hybrid £25,000 Basic Salary - £30,000  OTE | Company Laptop and Mobile Build Your Career in Property TQ Lettings is a rapidly growing lettings agency based in Altrincham, operating across the wider North West. As we continue to grow our portfolio, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

This is an opportunity to build a career within a growing property business, with genuine scope to progress as the company expands. You don't necessarily need previous lettings experience. However, you must have a genuine interest in property and the lettings market. We're not looking for someone simply wanting to move into another sales role, we're looking for someone who wants to develop within the property industry.

The Role This is a full end-to-end lettings role, combining sales, customer service and property management responsibilities. You'll be responsible for generating and converting leads, arranging and conducting viewings, qualifying applicants, negotiating tenancies and helping get deals over the line. Once a tenancy is agreed, you'll hand over to our tenancy progression team. You'll also carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs across our managed portfolio.

Although you'll work from home, this is not a desk-based role. You'll spend a significant amount of time travelling to properties and appointments across the North West, so you must be comfortable with regular driving. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Mileage is reimbursed at the standard HMRC rate. What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound and outbound enquiries. Generating and converting new lettings opportunities. Booking and conducting property viewings across the North West. Qualifying applicants and managing the application process. Negotiating and agreeing tenancies. Carrying out property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs. Liaising with landlords, applicants and other stakeholders. Maintaining accurate records on our property management system. Managing your own diary and appointments effectively.

Representing TQ Lettings professionally at all times. Working within our established processes and ways of working. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and motivated, with a genuine interest in building a career in property. Essential:
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Genuine interest in property and the lettings market. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service skills. Confident dealing with customers both over the phone and face-to-face. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage your own diary and work independently. Self-motivated, reliable and professional. Comfortable working towards targets and converting opportunities.

Ability to follow established processes and instructions. Previous lettings or property experience is desirable, but not essential. We are open to candidates from sales or other customer-facing backgrounds, provided you can demonstrate a genuine interest in property and a clear reason for wanting to build a career in the lettings industry.
