• Conduct thorough property inspections and gather detailed information on physical attributes, condition, and features.
• Research and analyze market data, including recent sales, current listings, and economic trends, to determine accurate property values.
• Prepare comprehensive and precise property valuation reports for diverse client needs.
• Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and clarify valuation parameters.
• Ensure all valuations comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of valuation methodologies and market influences affecting property prices.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in property studies, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property valuation or a related role.
• Professional registration with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) as a Professional Valuer is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in property valuation software and standard office applications.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
