• List and market residential and commercial properties for sale and rent, utilizing various online and offline channels.
• Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and the necessary steps for buying or selling property.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and facilitate the closing process, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts within the Cape Town area.
• Utilize company resources and hybrid work model to maximize client engagement and transaction efficiency.

• Valid estate agent registration (NQF4 or equivalent) and Fidelity Fund Certificate.
• Proven track record in real estate sales or a related sales field.
• Excellent understanding of the Cape Town property market dynamics.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing office duties with remote client interactions.
• A driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for property viewings.
