High-Value Estate:
Deliver asset management across a £570m commercial and operational property portfolio Core Practice Areas:
Lead on statutory Red Book valuations, acquisitions, disposals, and rent reviews Regeneration Focus:
Support major commercial development and transformation projects 3 Days On-Site:
Balanced schedule combining site visits/office time with remote working flexibility Requirements:
Chartered Surveyor ( MRICS ) status preferred (or near APC completion) RICS Registered Valuer status is a strong advantage Commercial property asset management, valuation, and disposal experience Full UK driving licence for site inspections Interested?
