About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Real Estate Development Manager to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to final construction and handover. You will be instrumental in identifying new investment opportunities, managing diverse project portfolios, and ensuring the successful execution of development strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities, conducting thorough market analysis and financial feasibility studies.
• Manage all phases of the development process, including site acquisition, planning, zoning, permitting, design, and construction oversight.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure profitable and timely project completion.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other third-party stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project progression.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on project status, risks, and financial performance.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, market trends, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
