• Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis on residential and commercial real estate trends across various regions.

• Monitor economic indicators and policy changes that may impact the real estate market.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python for data analysis).
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience with real estate valuation models and market research methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting .
