About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure profitable investment properties nationwide. This fully remote position is ideal for a driven individual with a strong understanding of real estate markets and investment strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing potential deals, conducting thorough due diligence, and negotiating acquisition terms. Working from anywhere in South Africa , you will play a key role in expanding our client's property portfolio.

This role requires excellent research skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with sellers and agents.

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities across various markets.
• Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed acquisitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other sources to generate deal flow.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions to secure properties at favorable prices.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, including title searches, inspections, and environmental assessments.
• Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and present findings to senior management for approval.

• Proven experience in real estate acquisition , investment, or development.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to assess ROI and market risks.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Proficiency in real estate databases, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote , results-oriented environment.
