About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Senior Property Valuer to join their fully remote valuation team. This role is crucial for providing accurate and reliable property valuations for a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, legal firms, and private investors. You will conduct in-depth market research, analyze property data, and apply various valuation methodologies to produce comprehensive appraisal reports.

• Perform complex property valuations using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., comparable sales, income approach, cost approach).
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including site visits (when necessary and feasible remotely or with local support), reviewing property records, and analyzing market data.
• Prepare detailed, well-reasoned property appraisal reports that meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Provide expert testimony or consultation regarding property values when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national real estate market trends and valuation best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their specific valuation needs and provide clear explanations of findings.

• Certified or licensed Property Valuer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of valuation principles and diverse property types.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in valuation software and digital reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple valuation projects simultaneously in a remote environment .
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client interactions.
