About the Role

Our client is seeking an exceptionally organized and efficient Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage the administrative flow of real estate deals from contract to close. Working remotely, you will be the central point of contact for agents, clients, title companies, and lenders, ensuring all deadlines are met and paperwork is meticulously processed. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a virtual environment, supporting agents dealing with properties in regions like Kimberley and beyond.

• Manage all aspects of the real estate transaction process, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth closings.
• Prepare, review, and manage all necessary transaction documents and contracts.
• Track deadlines for contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and loan approvals.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic transaction files.
• Communicate proactively with all parties involved to provide updates and address any potential issues.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within real estate.
• In-depth understanding of real estate contracts, terminology, and closing procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM software and e-signature platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
