• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and other industry professionals to generate deal flow.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee, providing clear recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions , investment, or development.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex real estate transactions.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methods, and due diligence processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
