About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and analytical Real Estate Investment Associate to join their fully remote investment team. This role is integral to identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities across various markets. You will conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions. - Analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including market conditions, property fundamentals, and financial returns.
- Develop detailed financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, sensitivity testing, and pro forma statements.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including site visits (when necessary and feasible remotely), property inspections, and legal reviews.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentation materials for the investment committee.
- Monitor existing portfolio assets and provide performance analysis and recommendations.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry professionals to source new deal flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or related analytical roles.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel;
Argus experience is a plus. - Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
