About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and proactive Real Estate Project Manager to join their fully remote team. This role is integral to overseeing the successful execution of various real estate development and renovation projects. You will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of construction and project management principles, and thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment, ensuring projects in diverse locations are delivered successfully and profitably.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and finalize real estate projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Acquire and manage project resources, including personnel, contractors, and materials.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing changes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties in a remote setting.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate project management .
- Proven success in managing diverse real estate projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and adept at managing teams remotely.
