About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Real Estate Valuer to join their team, serving the Richards Bay area. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately determining the market value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Your expertise will be crucial for clients involved in buying, selling, financing, and legal disputes. This position requires a strong understanding of valuation methodologies, property law, and the local economic landscape of Kwa Zulu-Natal .

You will work remotely, contributing essential data and insights to our client's operations.

• Conduct detailed property inspections and research to gather necessary data for valuations.
• Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and economic factors influencing property values.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate property valuation reports for various purposes.
• Ensure all valuations comply with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and legal professionals regarding valuation reports.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of the Richards Bay and regional property markets.

• Professional qualification in Valuation and Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a registered Professional Valuer .
• Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent report writing and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple valuation projects remotely.
