About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Senior Real Estate Negotiator to join their globally distributed team. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for handling complex real estate transactions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients through expert negotiation. You will leverage your deep understanding of deal structures, market values, and client objectives to facilitate smooth and successful closings.

• Lead and manage the negotiation process for a variety of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial properties.
• Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies tailored to individual client needs and market conditions.
• Communicate persuasively and professionally with all parties involved, including buyers, sellers, agents, and legal counsel.
• Analyze market data, property values, and deal terms to advise clients and advise on optimal negotiation points.
Draft, review, and present counter-offers and agreements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Resolve disputes and overcome obstacles to ensure the successful and timely completion of transactions.

• Extensive experience as a Real Estate Negotiator or in a senior sales/deal-making role within real estate.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex real estate deals with a high degree of autonomy.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a thorough understanding of real estate contracts and legalities.
• Ability to work independently, manage a demanding caseload, and maintain high performance in a remote environment.
