• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the real estate closing process from contract to closing.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of all closing documents, including purchase agreements, title policies, and loan documents.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate the scheduling of closings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
• Facilitate the electronic signing and submission of all required legal and financial documents.
• Maintain organized electronic files and ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Closer , Escrow Officer, or Title Processor.
• In-depth understanding of real estate transaction processes, contracts, and legal documentation.
• Proficiency with real estate closing software and electronic document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to work independently and remotely.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the closing process.
