Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Essex Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Leading and mentoring a small team of Property Managers Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and best practices Overseeing tenancy renewals, maintenance issues, and contractor relationships Liaising closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations

What You’ll Bring :
