About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and licensed Property Practitioner to join their established agency in Tembisa, Gauteng . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle of residential properties, from listing and marketing to closing deals. You will leverage your expertise in the local market to advise clients, negotiate terms, and ensure successful property transactions.

• Generate leads through various marketing channels, including online platforms and networking.
• List properties, conduct thorough valuations, and create persuasive marketing materials.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, addressing client inquiries effectively.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from offer acceptance to final transfer.
• Maintain detailed records of all property transactions and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Valid Property Practitioner's license (PPRE).
• Demonstrated success in property sales or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of the Tembisa residential property market.
