You will be instrumental in expanding our client's reach beyond geographical limitations, providing expert guidance to a diverse clientele across South Africa.

• Conduct virtual client consultations to understand their real estate needs, investment goals, and financial capabilities.
• Provide expert advice on market analysis, property valuation, and investment opportunities via video conferencing and digital communication.
• Assist clients with online property searches, virtual tours, and the intricacies of remote property transactions.
• Facilitate communication between clients, legal representatives, and financial institutions throughout the buying or selling process.
• Develop and deliver informative content, such as market reports and investment guides, for online distribution.
• Stay updated on digital real estate platforms, virtual collaboration tools, and remote work best practices.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent , Consultant, or related role, with a strong understanding of the property market.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide clients through complex transactions remotely.
• A valid real estate license is required.
