Key Responsibilities- Conduct property viewings both in-person and virtually for prospective buyers and tenants.
- List and market properties across various online platforms and traditional channels.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal processes to clients.
- Negotiate sale and lease agreements, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
- Manage client relationships, providing updates and support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the sales team, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property transactions.
- A valid Property Practitioner license and registration with the relevant authority.
- Proven track record in real estate sales or lettings.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using property listing portals and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote tasks with in-office requirements.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property viewings.
