Senior Real Estate Valuer

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Real Estate Valuer to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for providing accurate and independent property valuations for a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, legal firms, and private investors. You will conduct detailed property inspections (where feasible remotely or with local agents), research market data, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Professional designation as a Certified Valuer or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional real estate valuation .
