Property Manager

Our client seeks a proactive and organized Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in and around Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This role is responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenancies are managed efficiently, and financial objectives are met. You will handle tenant relations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage rent collection, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of rental properties.
• Manage tenant relations, including screening, lease agreements, and issue resolution.

• Ensure timely collection of rent and manage arrears effectively.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with property owners, providing regular updates on property performance and financials.

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and general office applications.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting for properties.
• Familiarity with the Western Cape property market , specifically Mossel Bay, is a plus.
