Remote Buyer's Agent

Our client is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Remote Buyer's Agent to join their fully remote team, serving clients interested in the Paarl, Western Cape region . This role involves assisting buyers in finding and purchasing suitable properties, guiding them through every step of the process virtually. You will leverage online tools, virtual tours, and strong communication skills to provide exceptional service to clients located both locally and abroad.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an agent who thrives on building rapport remotely and possesses an intimate knowledge of the Paarl property market .

• Engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and provide tailored property recommendations.
• Conduct virtual property searches and arrange virtual tours for clients.
• Advise buyers on market conditions, property values, and negotiation strategies.
• Prepare and present offers, and negotiate terms on behalf of buyers.
• Guide clients through the entire purchase process, from offer acceptance to closing, providing remote support.
• Maintain an updated knowledge base of available properties in the Paarl and surrounding areas .

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent , with a focus on buyer representation.
• A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and active real estate license.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent service remotely.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and online real estate platforms.
• Strong knowledge of the Western Cape property market , particularly the Paarl area.
