You will play a crucial part in expanding our client's investment portfolio by finding off-market deals and ensuring their viability. • Identify and analyze potential real estate investment opportunities across various markets, focusing on off-market deals.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial modeling, market research, and property condition assessments.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including investors, agents, and brokers.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and present findings to the acquisitions committee.
• Manage the acquisition process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate deals, preferably off-market.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in real estate financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in CRM software and various real estate data platforms.
