• Generate new business by identifying potential sellers and buyers within the Tembisa property market.
• Conduct professional property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Market properties effectively through various channels, including online portals and local advertising.
• Prepare and present competitive market analyses to assist sellers in pricing their properties accurately.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.

• Registered with the PPRA as a Property Practitioner (full status).
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate sales.
