You will conduct thorough desktop valuations, analyze market data, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of property markets, and the ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently from a remote setting.

• Conduct desktop property valuations based on market data, comparable sales, and property characteristics.

• Certified Property Valuer or equivalent professional qualification/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate valuation.
