ROLE OVERVIEW
You will lead a portfolio of 11 residential developments across Cambridge, Colchester, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Dunstable, delivering a consistent and personable service to residents, clients and stakeholders. From heritage conversions to modern estates, you will balance on-the-ground presence with proactive, data-led management to keep buildings safe, compliant and running smoothly.
Working home based with regular site visits, you will be supported by specialist teams across finance, compliance, building safety and customer service. As part of the Odevo Group, you'll have the structure, tools and scale to do your best work, while still building strong local relationships and making a visible difference to the communities you manage.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Most days you will plan and attend site visits, manage contractor works and maintenance, and stay close to customer queries, budgets and compliance actions. You will prioritise intelligently, communicate clearly, and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates and well-structured reports.
