Lonestar Land Services team is growing, and we're looking for experienced
Title Agentswith astrongtitle and land rightsfocusto support projects across the USA. This position can be field-based and/or remote, project-drivenrolewhere your attention to detail and research capabilities directly support successful project completion.
You'll managethefull acquisition process of title research,documentation, and closeout — while partnering closely with internal teams across legal, survey, environmental, and project management.
- Conduct detailedtitle research,ownership verification, and parcel analysis using county records,GIS systems, and public data sources
- Support valuation efforts, appraisals, and damageassessments
- Participate in project meetings and assist with closeout activities
Qualification Requirements(minimum and preferred requirements):
- 1–5 yearsof experience in right of way, title, land acquisition, or real estate
- Strong working knowledge oftitleresearch, land ownership, and propertyrecordsacross multiple jurisdictions
- Experience navigating county records, courthouseresearch, and GIS platforms
- Ability to work with a wide range of landowners and stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable with nationwide travel whenrequiredand working in both field and remote environments
- IRWA coursework or certification is a plus
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
