Manager, CoLo Leasing; AMERS); Fully Remote

• Support the Director of Colocation Leasing in securing leased data center capacity across the US.
• Keep the colocation deal workflow moving from screening through LOI, negotiation, and internal approval.
• Balance multiple concurrent deals and turn complex commercial terms into clear recommendations.

What You'll be Doing:

• Screen opportunities against technical and commercial criteria and maintain the deal pipeline.
• Draft LOIs and term sheets, support contract negotiation, and coordinate technical diligence.
• Assemble approval packages and track key dates and milestones across executed leases.

About You:

• 3-5 years of experience in data center colocation, commercial real estate leasing, or infrastructure transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently, prioritize across deals, and communicate complex terms clearly.
