Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on property investments, leasing, and sales, and conducting market research to assess property values and trends. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, conducting property viewings, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support successful transactions.
The Senior Property Consultant will also develop and maintain strong client relationships, provide clear and timely communication, and collaborate with business services teams to align property solutions with client needs. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, client follow-up, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer journey.
- Candidates should possess strong Consulting skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic property advice.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, focused on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing property transactions.
- Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge and experience, including familiarity with local Abu Dhabi market regulations and practices.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and property listing platforms, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
